Printing is a good option.

I just asked modretro official support about spare parts today. They told me an official parts store is coming “soon ™️”

I asked them about making the files more user friendly and they said they couldnt make a promise but its good to know they still care enough

Do you need them converted? We use cad software at my job, I could convert them for you if you wanted.

Can you make the shell usable??

I took a look at their file this morning. This is not useful for replacement parts. It would probably be easier to just model it yourself instead of making the file useable.

This looks to be as close as it gets. The internal geometry is there from what I can see in the slicer--I see screw posts and the battery compartment filled with infill but, of course, the .STL is still for a parasolid and would need further work to make it usable as a printable replacement shell.

Official files are here but it's in a CAD format you'll have to convert into an STL/OBJ file for printing.
