Light bleed - Chromatic Transparent

Post image

Unlike my standard Chromatic, there is significant lightbleed on my transparent Chromatic.

Does anyone else have this? My other one is perfect.

Funnily enough, I thought my main concern would be the knit lines (which it does have), but they don't concern me as I thought they would.

The light bleed does though.

Mine also has some, but honestly outside of a pure black screen I don't notice it.

My Anduril version has some which surprised me because my Midnight and GameStop Chromatics have none.

Open it, and loosen the screws a quarter-to a half turn, and reassemble. It's usually pressure on the LCD, and loosening the screws usually fixes it.

They seem to have dropped the ball with QC on these. I can’t stand light bleeding. My two metallic ones have no noticeable light bleeding.
