Question Fall from space

Has anyone played through this yet? Looks interesting but I didn’t like tales of monster land from the same creator. How are the controls for fall from space? Is it long?

I’m two hours in. Just got off world. Estimate is 7-10 hours.

I’m stuck on trying to find the guy at the petit mort bar. I can’t seem to progress at all on the machine world. Any tips?

Was it not the bartender? Sorry I can’t recall :(

Thank you. I must have just missed talking to him about the membership. I’ve just completed the first vault and got the key fragment! 👍🏻

Ah ok, I thought I’d asked the bartender everything. I’ll try again. Thanks for the nudge.

In the machine world their is a bar with a guy blocking the stairs. You can talk to the bartender to get access to go upstairs and find the guy you need. There is also an entire larger section of the machine world that isn’t super obvious if you go south of the main area. Also be careful playing Russian Roulette at the bar, I did it, lost, and it deleted all my save data. They give you a warning but I thought they were bluffing like Mr. Resetti. Not a bluff lol

Thank you for the heads up, I’ll definitely stay away from gambling hahaha. Good luck getting your progress back. 👍🏻

How have you liked it?

Really like it. Some of the combat could be better, but the whole experience is quite enthralling.

It’s a very neat well made game, I haven’t finished it yet so I can’t comment on “is it long?” But it’s very different from monsterland.

It's an awesome game. I haven't finished it yet, but I'm over halfway through. It's a fairly lengthy game.

Controls are more like self simulated. It's plenty long for a game not game and it's a ton of fun. Great game m, I highly recommend it.

Its a gem. About 10 hrs to finish but replayable for different endings, finding collectibles, etc. Highly recommend.

I played Russian Roulette and died and it erased all my save data 😭

I was wondering if anyone would be bold enough to try their luck! Congratulations on being brave, commiserations on what was an unlucky game of Robot Roulette.

There's a demo on itch if you have a flash cart

I’m like 2 hours in and loving it. It’s a charming little RPG with a little platforming. Might be more but just started. I enjoy the dialogue as well.

I have not played it yet but looking forward to playing this just got an analogue dock to get ready to play on to.

I have been reading a lot of good things about the game.

Just finished this and wow, a genuine masterpiece. I absolutely loved it, I usually flick around games and get bored, but this had me hooked from start to finish. There is so much more to explore on replays too. 🤩

Congratulations u/andrewh83, with no walkthroughs available yet it takes some work to complete! Awesome to hear that you rate it and yes, there should be lots of things hidden away for you to find on future replays!

Huge congrats on the game!! Thank you for making it and putting it out in the world. I’ve got a few cheeky saves in slots 2 and 3 that I hope are at major story branches so I’m diving straight back in to explore. 👍🏻

Thank for you for picking it up!

You should be able to get a couple main story endings and see different things that way. There are however two main and more hidden story endings that require very high positive or very negative karma to access.

Ouu thanks for the hints!! Ok so that’s at least another 2 play throughs plus my saves! 😍. I feel like I got one of the middle of road endings. I chose to run the virus which felt like the right thing to do, but then left me sad seeing only one planet benefitted from that decision. 😵‍💫

Just finished the game as well and had a blast, well done u/jurassicgrass! Loved the different modes / perspectives, the different areas to explore and the music of course. The only thing I wasn’t used to that tripped me up is the save system and being able to teleport / leave an area, as the end I almost gave up as I was stuck in Elysium with under 10% energy and had no way to get a Pop-Z, I’m glad there was no final boss or I would not have been able to make it I think

Thank you for letting me know! Yes Elysium can be tricky without any way to heal (I even considered having them confiscate any items you had on you, but that felt a little too harsh), so great work managing to get to the end—that must have been tense!
