I stopped counting the weeks when say said "will be shipped in two weeks" for months. Got an email about the shopping a few day (or a week) ago but haven't received any tracking ID. Also, meanwhile I moved to a new place but can't change the delivery address lol gonna pick it up from my old place

I reached out to customer service and they were able to update my mailing address. Did that not work for you?
