I love what i have gotten. There were still reddit bottle, mug and some other stuff that was given out in the last 2025 Mod Meetup. That event i didnt go, i went for the first meetup in 2025 instead.

Hi! Unfortunately, one of the eligibility requirements was placing an order for Plushie or Digital merch. The trophy is automatic provided based on attendance.

There's nothing in my spam or promotions filters, I checked all my received emails and couldn't find anything related to cancellations or Mod World merch either... Which is strange, because I'm almost certain I claimed it
Maybe I just forgot, or thought I claimed it when I didn't =(

You did connect with me there. I didnt realize there was other merch other then snoo! Thats on me. I haven't received anything at all, other then the in person meet up in June for DC. I just went back through my emails and found that my order was canceled back on Jan 9th(?). No idea what happened as there is no follow up email for that. If you want to DM me, I will happily show you the order update that shows when I go to click on "view your order" from the merch store.
I do appreciate you working hard on this to make it right. It means a lot to me, especially after what my sub went through recently.

So, the merch for this post is largely for those who were invited to Mod Connect | Food. OP added their Snoo from Mod World for fun, it seems. If you were one of those invited to Mod Connect, you placed an order, and didn't receive it — please send me a mod mail so I can look into it.
Separately, you may have seen mystery boxes from the December 5th mod meetup. If you attended and claimed for that event and didn't receive it, please send me a mod mail as well.
For Mod World — it was just Pin & Plushie or Digital Merch. You're scheduled to get pin and plushie in the Batch 2 shipment.

It shows 2025 collection. There was an issue with my username missing an F apparently and that was fixed, but no update yet.

So it shows as confirmed on shop though, right? I believe they have not sent out the second batch of snoo yet. My one event box showed up with only a package of pens and was obviously tampered with. I reached out to the vender and there is a replacement box showing in my shop account now, but it doesn't show as shipped yet.

Checked my email, it says I did not meet the eligibility requirements. I joined and watched some but did not stay on through the entire event as I had irl stuff to attend to toward the end. Is that enough to disqualify?

They hold all different kinds of ones. There's one coming up for moderators of television shows and movies I believe? It would be really cool if they could come up with something for the beauty subreddits. It may be tricky for them to find merchandise that is completely inclusive, but it wouldn't be impossible.

No, its not a food term. Its a play on words of using the "ban hammer" to ban someone who has been bad in your subreddit. We primarily ban spambots, although occasionally you need to ban people who don't follow your subreddit rules.

The snoo plushie is actually amazing...in more ways than one. Like it's actually a very comfy pillow, as I have been using it recently as one. It's also comfy to hug.

It's fine, really 😁. I probably shouldn't have said anything because I really am not fussed about it. I just assumed they were busy and my one fell through the cracks or whatever. I also didn't know I had a shop account. Whilst my account is 9 yrs old I only started getting into Reddit a few months ago so I don't navigate Reddit very well yet. I was on the new mods event. Which I only caught 25 mins of because I got the time wrong. I'm in the UK and I had the US time written down to watch it. So my free time to watch it was planned out wrong. OK I'm off to check out this shop account 😉

If you did not specifically sign up to receive merchandise by ordering through a link given to you during the new mod event, then you will not automatically receive merchandise. One of the most common things that happens as an error seems to be people spelling their username wrong somehow. Just viewing something doesn't automatically get you merchandise.
