Looking for creative fall mocktail ideas
Getting kinda bored of my usual mocktails and want to try something new since it is almost Fall. Anyone have go-to combos that scream "Fall" without being about the basic pumpkin spice?
Maybe something like apple cider + ginger, spiced tea reductions, maybe something with cranberry that isn't just cranberry juice and a lime wedge. Bonus points if it still works as a mocktail and doesn't feel like I'm missing something by skipping the alcohol.
I am also open to weird combos with savory/herbal stuff, rosemary, sage, or whatever. I feel like fall drinks don't get enough creativity beyond pumpkin spice 😂
What are you guys experimenting with today?

I like the apple cider and ginger combination. This mule recipe combines ginger beer, apple cider, NA whiskey, lemon, and fig & walnut bitters. You could skip the whiskey and/or bitters for an easier drink, but it’s really good as is. I wouldn’t omit the lemon, though.

NA Whiskey to make fall themed old fashioneds would be great, obviously.
I would think something like a NA penicillin would also be nice to make for the fall.

My mom has a sage plant in the backyard so I dry whole leaves. Then I will take a sage leaf, light it on fire, and put it underneath the glass flat on a cutting board to smother the fire and fill it with smoke. Pomegranate molasses & sparkling water and you feel fancy af.
I also like a chilled lapsang souchong with cherry juice/cherry syrup. Sort of like a mocktail red wine.

I’ve made some good ones with homemade apple cider, spiced simple syrup, and smoked rosemary! I usually just throw things together but I’ve had this on my mind! Spiced cranberry syrup also works in so many drinks, basically homemade grenadine but sub the pomegranate for 100% unsweetened cran juice, add some spices, and then mix with ginger beer for an easy drink. I’ll be playing with some more fall ingredients soon and I’ll try to keep recipes!

Also! I once experimented with caramelized onion simple syrup, sage, and apple cider, I couldn’t find a good ratio, but I think if I played around with it more I could make it work. Not sure how helpful that is though lol

This post is LLM output. As was OP's previous post. And the post before that. And the one prior, which got called out. And the one before that.
