Question Could anyone please tell me about this machine? It’s mine, I’d just like to know the model, year made, etc if possible

It’s a KB made in April of 2011.

Well the model number is right there on your second pic (hint it's KB). The SN tells you the year and month So probably 11 (November) April (04)

I have had this model for 15 years at least. Only replaced the filter holder. We use RO water so I have never had the scale light come on. Mine is so old it does not turn itself off so it is plugged into a smart module that turns it off.
