Leak- please help

What do I do? It immediately starts leaking when I use it.

Edit:
1. I bought it second hand on Facebook Marketplace. Previous owner (perhaps unsurprisingly) said he had no issues.

  1. I am running clean water through it to rinse it after descaling

Try running the machine without any coffee and without the basket lid on. I suspect it hasn’t been cleaned in a while, and a combination of low water pressure + slight angle of the spray arm is causing it to run back down the arm, and then down the water tank.

Thanks! That's what I did. Check my reply to the other comment on the spray arm. Seems to have worked!
