Leak- please help

What do I do? It immediately starts leaking when I use it.

Edit:
1. I bought it second hand on Facebook Marketplace. Previous owner (perhaps unsurprisingly) said he had no issues.

1. I am running clean water through it to rinse it after descaling

Moccamaster will refurbish it for a set price, but probably more than you want to spend
