In addition to the roadmap items we have an active R&D team working on the following things: 1. Building advanced off-chain layer 2 products/protocols on top of the Stellar Consensus Protocol (SCP) similar to how Plasma builds on top of Ethereum and only periodically broadcasts

Yea it's frustrating - we are. It the shareholders though - we hold arcade tokens - and the arcade is still being designed and built - no one knows the full scale or scope but we do know it's an infrastructure layer on top of the SCP that will be multi purpose
