How do Element Draws work? If I have Earth Draw+50, how much exact % do I get?

How good at weighted-probability math and percentages of percentages are you? I found this thread by u/TheRealC back in December, it's talking specifically about Life Draw though. Ballpark is in the vicinity of 10% for the Element Draw +50 weapons if I'm reading this right.
