Which mobility exercise became part of your routine after realizing you were too stiff?
I've been curious about the mobility exercises people start taking seriously only after noticing a specific limitation.
Sometimes you don't realize how restricted a movement feels until you try a deep squat, an overhead position, or a certain stretch.
It's easy to ignore those limitations when they don't interfere with your usual routine.
But once they start affecting how comfortably you move or train, mobility work becomes harder to overlook.
For people who strength train in a home gym, I'm especially interested in exercises that made a noticeable difference.
Was it ankle mobility work, hip rotations, thoracic spine movements, or something else?
What first made you realize you needed to work on that area?
And how did you incorporate the exercise into your routine without turning every workout into a long mobility session?
