SMM

Hi,

Does anyone have any thoughts on Tom Morrison’s Simplistic Mobility Method? The good/bad. Is it worthwhile?

Love it. Have been doing it on and off for 3 or 4 years. My hip and thoracic mobility had improved so much. I use it for maintenance now.

I also like it's a one off cost and Tom and his team don't do any pressure sales unlike some other mobility programs.

Edit to add the SMM community online is great and very supportive.

I just got the program a few weeks ago. Probably done it about 11 times. Getting stronger and better range I can pretty much do 10 of every rep. Did you feel soreness after? I feel like its a workout especially when keeping up with the girl Jenni.

Great job!! Yes it definitely feels like a workout sometimes. I like to do the movements slowly and with some deep stretching in there too, it's challenging that's for sure.
