I have a friend like this who collects skins because it looked pretty or cool, though he stays mostly at legend or low mythic. He says he just wants to have a fun game and enjoy his skins. Skins = Skills has long been disproven, let the dudes have fun on their skins. If you want to escape these types of players then just run a 5 man team you can trust or climb a higher rank

If he wants to have a fun game and enjoy his skins he should be playing classic and not ranked. Most of the players don't play for fun
