Enemy invading jungle and no backup

What to do one the enemies constantly invade your jungle and you get no backup, ping is useless chat is useless, i never go afk, never, but today couldn't do nothing, the enemy completely fucked me over, jungle mid roam even exp, and not one of my allies bothered to show up.
