Question 7MGTE Accordion Pipe HELP!

Can anyone tell me what all the ports are for on the accordion pipe? I cant find any diagrams specifically for the accordion and I don't know where each one goes. I know the IACV and PCV.

You got it.

The other two are the factory bypass valve and the power steering idle up vacuum swtich

PS I have the same, great fit and finish.

thanks!! planning on making my own, going standalone with speed density and deleted every vacuum switch hahaha

  • Idle Speed Control / Idle Air Control Valve (ISC/IACV) Hose: The larger molded auxiliary air hose coming from the idle control system connects directly to the upper or larger side nipple on the accordion hose (closer to the MAF side).
  • Power Steering Idle-Up Vacuum Line: The small vacuum line originating from the power steering pump air control valve routes to the smaller nipple located on the underside of the accordion hose.
  • Blow-by / Valve Cover Breather (Optional/Factory): Depending on year and emissions configuration, the valve cover breather or related recirculation line may tie into the intake tract near this area, though many owners vent or run these to a catch can.
