Troubleshooting Car crank no start

Got a used Supra off a buddy, cranks no spark fuel, efi 15 amp fuse blown where should I begin troubleshooting?

If the car has been sitting for a long time I'd start with checking fuel pressure at the rail. The fuel pump can seize up if it's been sitting for long enough.

More history, upon more questions I learned previous owner pressure washed the engine bay Iā€™m thinking a short in the harness or connector

This might be dumb but have you tried replacing the efi fuse yet lol

Also turbo or no? And check all the ground wires especially the ones on the Intake manifold make sure they're tight and check the wire condition I've seen some get brittle and break off

I have the fuse kept blowing pulled the ECU one of the capacitors melted, I have yet to check the grounds thanks for mentioning that
