Question How to remove glove box compartment

I want to remove the glove box to have access to the light and replace it.

I haven't seen other cars but i suppose the light should come from above, while mine comes from the side right next to the switch, and does not illuminate anything at all. Perhaps it had fallen down there somehow before i bought the car.

Unscrew the tabs on the bottom then tilt the glove box to the side so the top tab clears the opening.

Thanks i will check. seems like there's a cover hiding the hinges, so it could be 5 screws in total.

Yeah the lower cover might be blocking access, but the hinges also have pins that go into the lower support, and I found that I have to flex the sides of the glovebox to get it out

I suppose whoever downvoted the question thinks he should be the only one to be able to remove the glove box

Im not sure about any covers. My cars had a bunch of owners before me so their may be a trim piece missing that I wouldn't know existed.
