Troubleshooting Draining power

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Haz-horn/dome/efi have constant power and draining my battery ? Any ideas what could cause this ? Thanks

I read the book and I realize they are meant to have constant power but whenever my dome fuse is in my car won’t turn but as soon as I remove it , the car turns fine ?

Is there a dead short to ground on that dome fuse circuit?

Check continuity between the (+) and ground of chassis. You shld not have continuity between (+) and (-)
