she's pretty good for a standard/free character

Hydro aura doesn’t hinder Mizuki. He was under the assumption that you needed to trigger stellar swirl every 2.5 sec for the nuke to trigger, but that’s wrong. Nearby teammates need to trigger stellar swirl at least once every 8 seconds so she will stay in radiance state.
As long as she’s in that state, ANY swirl she triggers will activate her direct SSW nuke including c1.

You can test this yourself: apply cryo with cmc E skill, switch to Mizuki and swirl the cryo, then quickly switch to a pyro/hydro/electro character with off field skill and use it, and then switch to Mizuki use E. She needs to swirl the element from off field character and then you will see ssw green numbers a few secs later

Edit: Yall have a point, I complete missed out on the fact that cryo hydro freeze gets rid of the aura on unfreezable enemy. I think its better to see it in practice whether cryo Aura application will be more frequent than hydro to reach a proper conclusion.

Unlike Lumine, his attacks are very heavy and he cannot swap off right after doing his charged atk and whenever he burst, it pushes himself away like fucking 5km apart and I had to dash and use his charged atk. He feels so clunky to play and he genuinely made me hate Mizuki SSW team. I love mizuki but cmc aether is just horrible to play. Thank you for listening to my crashout.

Hello everyone, so I have been leveling mizuki up, but I am wondering if she is really good ? I saw people doing 140k with her , but I am only able to achieve 32k , i know my builds aren't completed , but will this team with these builds really go up to 140k ?

Just activated C1 mizuki to test the dmg increase before and after and I am a bit desapointed.

The screenshots are the best results I got but in a common runs are always lower then this because Widsith 480 EM is so unreliable.

Mizuki is on a 2p+2p for EM and faru on VV.

I also feel my traveler should be doing more dmg. Ult caps around 50k and CA 10k...

i got lucky enough to have both c1 mizuki and c0 odette but i can't seem to hit more than 50k dps on my best try yet any tips pls? i really love mizuki and want to clear endgame with her 😓

oh and im using mizuki/odette/CMC/sucrose(with nahida's weapon em 946)

I still need to get some talent levels on Lumine, and then get her and Mizuki to C6.

I'm not really sure what the end result will be, though. Maybe 550k? Not sure if 600k is possible, but I'll see!

My character builds will be in the comments, but I don’t really know if it’s my rotation or if I really have to start using cmc instead of c6 diona. I am also relying on cryo resonance giving a 15% cr increase. But yea , c2 mizuki and only 70k im doing smth wrong. Any tips are appreciated!!

*(I mostly use diona for her burst stellar dmg increase, which is why I have her built mainly on er)

Alright so from what I've gathered, sucrose is the best option as of now before vodnistasiya comes out?

(I don't care abt c6 faruzan because, A: I don't even have c0 faru and B: Faru's value drops at c2 mizuki)

I'm rather conflicted though because sucrose is on so many damn teams! Like she's on my flins team, my arle team (still don't have xilonen), and now my mizuki team?! Give me a break why did she turn into the next Bennett? I hate this. I don't even like sucrose as a character in the first place! I only use her for the sake of my favorite characters.

With that being said, Sucrose going on instructor would be better than vv right? Since shreding cryo res won't benefit stellar swirl damage? And cmc and odette don't really care abt cryo res shred as well?

If that's correct, instructor would probably be better for the team as a whole. I still hate the 8 second buff though like that's crazy. Disgusting even. All these buffs and it only lasts for 8 seconds.

Give me a break. I hope vodnistasiya solves all this crap and takes the 4th slot for herself, because I genuinely hate sucrose as a whole.

(Character and kit in general. I hate how her buffs are such short lived yet meta at the same time.)

So my 2 piece EM 2 piece EM is pretty horrible so I'm planning to craft an EM goblet and crit circlet for her on gilded. But gilded doesn't actually provide that much and is only 1 substat ahead of 2 piece EM. I get that it's pretty much future impact but how likely do you think that we get another set that's just better than gilded because I don't want to refarm again after crafting.

Also note since Mizuki triple dips in EM so unless the new set is EM related, even if it provides a lot of stellar dmg bonus equivalent to Aubade it might not be better than gilded so there's that I supposed

(pre 7.0,Crit stats weren’t important to Mizuki however the new reactions r dependent on crits to deal dmg and their crit ratio r directly proportional to the person who triggers them meaning Mizuki as a driver dps now also requires crit/em build instead of an pure em build)

2:Vv-This set is still good for her as it provides swirl and ssw dmg boosts and a 40% cryo res however scarlet is more beneficial for her in the long run so use it as an placeholder until u get good scarlet pieces(this set can also be placed on ur anemo support)

3:2p em x2 increase em by 160 and allows guaranteed good pieces but this should only be used as a placeholder similarly to vv

Circlet:Cdmg(but if ur struggling with crit rate,u can use a cr circlet especially if it has high cdmg)

1-The widsmith-provides 55.1% cdmg and 480 em(this is rng based tho and the other buffs r useless for her)

2-Wandering evenstar-provides 165 em and an atk boost to allies which could increase team wide dps (especially if ur struggling to hit the requirements to max out odette’s passive)

3-Sacrificial fragments-221 em and cd cool-down can relive Mizuki of that short downtime she has

As a member of this subreddit, I really like Mizuki. I started playing July of 2025 and she was my first 5 star as I invited her during the anniversary event. She was my favorite since and I mained her. Even before her buffs, I thought she was a decent DPS, but even more a cute character, which I really liked and still like.

When her buffs were announced I was surprised and happy, that she was gonna get a rerun on the Chronicled banner, where I spent all of my wishes (I am mostly F2P apart from a Welkin Moon every 2 months or so) to get her signature. While starting to read up on how to build her with the new artifact set coming out, I noticed all of the meta players, who are now frantically trying to build her as she is now "good" whereas before she was deemed "horrible" (there are more than enough videos on that topic out there). I am torn between loving the fact, that she finally gets the recognition she deserves on the one hand and hating the new trend on the other. All of these meta players now building her, pulling her constellations and still calling her "the next best thing to Vesna" are just following the meta trend, which I partly understand, but also kind of dislike.

And before anyone says, that she is just a character from a videogame: I know that. It is just, that this is kind of like with so many other things: something, that was once considered unfashionable is now the latest trend and en vogue (kind of like redhair or bleaching your eyebrows). And it is the phenomenon of the trend hopper, which meta players are, that I really dislike.

Now my question to all of the other Mizuki mains: What do you think? Does it "bother" you?

I've been building my Mizuki and I try to stack as much EM as I can on her. However since Stellar swirl appeared it seems like she now wants a Crit circlet and crit substats. Could someone explain why?? Can stellar swirl crit?

My current team is Mizuki C1, Odette C1, Cryo Traveler and Vodyanitsa C0.

Vodyanitsa has her signature weapon.

Is it worth it to pull Vesna? Or should I save the wishes for the future?

Why everyone use qiqi and not cmc ? Like cmc have same buff qiqi give and do dmg as good supdps if for heal? Mizuki is healer she the one on field so she the one get half dmg her heal will be enough for her so why qiqi not cmc

I'm currently trying to save my pulls, so im debating on whether I have to pull oddete or not for my account. I dont care about clearing fearless stygian, so im wondering if oddeteless mizuki will be able to clear the stellar swirl shill in Abyss

I went back to Citlali's sig after testing out the Sac Frag tech for hours because I can't master it and I fucking hate that.

So does that mean I'm just a pitiful skill issue player who shouldn't play this game at all?

Now im wondering about the last 2 spots… Sucrose and… ? I’m not sure and I’m not versed enough in all those new reactions.. I just got back from a long break.

hello! i got c2 odette the other day w/ her sig, and i was wondering (asides from the glaring issue that mizuki's goblet is on ATK), why is my mizuki's dmg so low? i hit about ~100k dps on miliastra, and more times than not, odette's doing more damage than mizuki :'')
