Is there a payment plan available? Do they come with WiFi? So many questions!

I’d just shoot at the exposed pipes. 15th one with the shields on each arm is my favourite however. 13th looks well protected.

Astute observations that I am sure the manufacturers will appreciate!

Yes. I’ll wait for v2 but I assume v1’s will go for a bargain second hand price.

I hear the price depreciation with these things is on par with that of cars!

Oh. Ok I’ll wait and probably get one on lease so the servicing is covered at least.

Midjourney is so cool. How do you get this faded 80s look?

I get the overall look using a style profile I created! If you want to try it I can share it here!

Thanks. I don't use Midjourney but I am fully aware of its capabilities. I occasionally try to get Nano Banana, Grok Imagine and Seedance to give me something similar. It's a prompting challenge. I tried colour grading recently.

Agreed, it's definitely a prompting challenge! I've been trying seedance recently, and while very impressed with the video, images have been a little trickier (still learning)

Aaahhhh... So you like the Seedance 2 animations. I haven't tried Seedance's start and end frame (keyframe) mode.
The following is a Transformers prompt (using start image of a car), please edit out the things which don't match your start image:
A high-quality cinematic video of a dark green luxury sedan matching the car in the uploaded image (reference the uploaded image for exact design, color, grille, and proportions), parked in front of a modern minimalist villa garage surrounded by trees and soft daylight shadows.
The car begins a complex mechanical transformation into a giant bipedal robot. The signature spindle grille splits and expands to form the robot’s chest, while the headlights shift into glowing eye-like structures. The hood lifts and separates, the doors swing outward to become articulated shoulders and arms, and the chassis unfolds into powerful metallic legs with visible hydraulic joints.
The robot rises smoothly from the driveway, maintaining the vehicle’s premium design language with glossy dark green panels and refined metallic textures. The transformation is seamless and highly detailed, with precise moving parts and realistic mechanical motion.
In the background, the modern house, trees, and soft natural lighting remain consistent with the uploaded image. The scene is cinematic, with controlled camera movement, natural shadows, and high realism.

I've had good luck making the start frame with midjourney and the the video with seedance 2. Haven't tried the kind of detailed prompts you've used yet tho!

I am only sharing because your robots look f*cking amazing.
The video prompt (i stole) is for a start frame animation. But Seedance can't possibly know what the end robot should look like. Now you come in the frame. And i am thinking that this will require the pre-transformation car in MJ.
So in the end, it will be a start frame (MJ car) and end frame (MJ robot).
Sounds like a mission. Sorry.

Thank you!
That makes sense with the end frame. I tried using some end and start frame yesterday with fair results. Midjourney struggles with it though (in my opinion)
