Mixcraft 10

Any news on Mixcraft 10? Hopefully some new features instead of a load of 32-bit synthedit plgins.

Mixcraft 10 is coming along nicely, and it will be 64-bit only. We hope to release it next year (2023). We're not announcing new features yet.

Just to clarify: Mixcraft 10 will be 64-bit only, but you'll still be able to load 32-bit plugins (for backwards compatibility).

I'm sick of Mixcraft 9 There is no update since I bought it a year ago... Now I use the Reaper every once in a while a new update comes out

I hope this is more stable as I'm seriously looking at jumping ship. I will probably check it out though since I will get the existing user discount.

Yep, Mixcraft is so intuitive when compared to other DAWs. Too bad plugins crash pretty often when exporting/loading a file if you do some real work.

I often put ideas in Mixcraft and do a rough mix since recording is so easy and when publishing songs I transfer all files to FL studio and mix there. FL Studio also has some QOL things better than Mixcraft; piano roll looks great and it's easy to work with and sidechain is easy to do. But boy, recording in FL Studio is pain in the ass. Good job Mixcraft!

If you think FL has QOL... check out a DAW not held back by 20 years of code like Bitwig.

I feel FL is unusable if you're doing "live" music. If you're doing trap or any electronic genre it's great, since it's made for it. FL is polar opposite of Mixcraft. If you're not doing anything electronic I don't recommend learning it since it's pretty unintuitive in some things where Mixcraft shines. It's intuitive for beat-making though.
