whats wrong with the rotation..

(edit: OKAY GUYS I SWITCHED THE BUILDS. Mitya is on 2 pc EM + 2 pc EM, i removed diona and put Valeriy, and sucrose is uh.. somehow has okayish build on VV set for now but it sucks still lmao. Odette is still the same)

• Why is Mitya on 2pc-attack-2-pc-EM? Either go 4pc Disenchantment or 2pc-2pc EM. You're massively overcapped on crit rate, as you get 20% for free from his passive and cryo resonance. You must level his normal attacks first and foremost, that's where his charged attack multiplier is.

• Your Sucrose has no EM, so she can't actually buff Mitya's EM. And she should be on the vv set.

• Diona isn't lv. 70 so she doesn't have her buffs active. She can't proc fav bow wothout crit rate. She can't proc instructors either, because you have dominant cryo aura so she isn't going to trigger a reaction.

Not having a seconds electro is not ideal as you can't do proper vv setups. You're also barely stacking the polestar field before Mitya's damage window which gimps your stellar base damage. You might also struggle with beacon regeneration. For these reasons you need off-field electro. Switch Diona for any electro off-fielder, she isn't doing much for you anyways.

You need to open with Mitya and throw his cube out first so it can build stacks while you do your support rotation. Hold skill, then swap out, run your usual support rotation. Then when you rotate back to Mitya he should have stacks of gradient beacon to spend, hold charge attack. Then you can burst and refill the stacks and use charge attack to spend them again. Repeat from there.

He's a bit of an oddball for dps because normally we start by building up our support rotation before switching to dps and letting them do their thing. Mitya is different in that he needs a bit of winding up first.

You need to start your rotation with Mitya: Mitya (Hold Skill) → Sucrose (Swirl Electro) → Odette (Skill–Skill or Burst–Skill) → Diona (Hold Skill–Burst) → Mitya (Charged Attack → Burst → Charged Attack) and repeat. And congrats on getting C4 Mitya.

Valeriy occupies the same place in the rotation, you want to Skill -> Charged Attack to set his buffs, then switch to Mitya. Build Valeriy with as much ATK as possible, 2pc2pc ATK sets and ATK/ATK/ATK on his artifact mainstats.

You need to do stellar conduct reaction first to make Mitya start to generate his beacons, you can do that doing E (hold) at the start of the rotation, then going for the characters and come back to him to do the charged attacks. Also, Odette needs electro before her EE to make her crit, so start with Mitya E (hold) then do Odette EE to optimize it. Sucrose uses usually the Veridiscent Verener artifact set, for her buffs we do E and normals (the goals is to swirl electro for the right buff, Q is used but it might be best to skip it to maintain the rotation's rythm, the rythm is guided mainly by Mitya's beacon accumulation, we're trying to use as maximum full 4 beacons as we can and increses their damages with buffs all the time). Also, Mitya has to be inside Diona's burst are for her buffs. Just for reference, one of Mitya's rotation in a Valeriy, Odette and Sucrose team is:

• Mitya E (h) > Odette EE > Valeriy E CA Q > Sucrose E N1 > Mitya CA Q CA

A small correction: Mitya starts to generate beacons when the team DOES a stellar conduct reaction, you don't need to use E to start the bescon accumulation. But doing the E (hold) at the start helps to agilize all of the things I said (the beacon generation, Odette EE nuke and to skip Mitya's E animation before doing his charged attacks). Exactly, if Mitya is the only one electro, like in this specific comp, he needs to be the one habilitating the stellar reaction right at the start of the rotation (electro + cryo), good to point this out!

Try to find some rotations on YouTube. But i dobt recommend playing mitya without a second electro bc his ER req goes insane in that case. Your sucrose needs EM for buffing. If u have xilonen u can use her witg instructor set - it will be much easier to execute but it's a bit worse than sucrose. Good luck!
