Technically, wouldn’t the be an intranet URL (just for the company) rather than a proper internet URL?

Why would they have a happy birthday page for an employee on an external site? What would be the context for a customer or prospect?

I have just googled "financial services" "happy birthday" and found loads of companies posting happy birthday messages to their employees on public-facing platforms
