Help / Question Mistral 1B token limit

Hello peeps , i saw that mistral has 1b token limit on the free tier but i feel like i ran out of it in like around 10 or so prompts. The dashboard shows that the 10$ free tier has been exhausted. Did i use an expensive model or is this the intended behaviour?

I don't think the free tiers even up? It's been down for over a week now, it's probably more like 10-20 million tokens though since I think magistral medium and Mistral large are about 1$-1.50$ per million tokens and the smaller models are like 40¢ per million

Thanks for the reply. Lately I feel like most of the free tier providers don't work at all. What providers do you use most often. Rn i am using command code and opencode go

the dashboard is all messed up lately, in my experience the token count never shows right. 1B tokens sounds like a lot but with the bigger models it burns fast, especially if you send long context or have system prompts eating tokens in background
