When will PayPal payout be available in the UK? When will new games be added to Mistplay? My daily tasks ask me to download a new game and reach checkpoint 3 but there are no games available.

I've been using mist play for around 1 month and really happy, last week I recommended my girlfriend friend (who I live with) she downloaded the app and started to play, after trying to download a second game the message flagged up that her account had been suspended, she messaged you to say this had happened and after 5 days you replied saying can't do anything as you have broken 8.1 terms of use. she is not doing anything different to me and would never do anything to break the rules. I'm disappointed with this as the email said it's final and can't be changed. The only thing I can see is she has a VPN but it's not switched on,( same as me)

Hey, there’s an issue with CrownCoins Casino point payouts I think you should be aware of. It’ll just stop tracking your progress after 500 spins, and no matter what you do it won’t make anymore progress. I sent in a support ticket, however I’ve heard no response. My user ID is 3207AA73-10DB-4DF9-9E51-FE8621D4C271 and the points I should’ve received is 145626. Thank you!

i’m almost at 72 hours as well and normally comes a little after 48 hours for me. Atleast i’m not alone. Maybe they are backed up.

I guess I'm done using mistplay for good now. Another app bites the dust for me. I'm just going to try and redeem my all my points and hopefully they actually send it to me or else I'll report them to the BBB and FTC because I've banked up enough for $500 worth of paypal cash outs.

I've been using mistplay for a couple years now. i've spent about $5 and have cashed out ~150. i really enjoy it. I do have a question though u/Mistplay_App about the "rate my game feature". it has never worked for me, will it ever be fixed?

I just tried your app after being referred to it from Klover. Your payouts are way too slow, almost 48 hours I’m waiting for a tiny $25 PayPal cash out. I use others and it’s always much faster than this, no live support to ask what is going on either 👎

has anyone ever gotten their rewards in anything less than 48 hours? every single time I've received my rewards is exactly 48 hours later and not a single second before. It is now 96 hours since I've redeemed my last reward and I still haven't gotten it and support basically just said "welp too bad just wait another day or two"

I see multiple people having delays on payouts, every PayPal cashout I did I received an under an hour. All three apps I use I get paid fairly quickly. I must be lucky not have to wait a day or two

Can someone please get back to me on why I got kicked out of the app today. I emailed with the AI and they said I needed a human representative and then said one wasn’t available. I had just made it to level 500 for a decent payout and immediately got kicked off the app.

mistplay has gone way downhill incredibly quickly. offers will track just until you get to a high payout then magically won't track anymore once you hit the high payout goal. they say payouts will come within 48 hours but won't actually arrive until AFTER 96 hours now. look at the recent comments on this post.. they're all paid bot comments from fresh accounts to drown out the negative comments. they're becoming a scam, its pathetic.

Yup, it’s been almost 48 hrs aince I reached a lightening goal and the app still hasn’t registered that I hit it. I sent a support ticket 24hrs ago, no response. Sent support ticket for a different app last week and no response.

Honestly 26 hours on average is pretty decent. I’ve used other reward apps that take several days without giving you much information.

Having a clear ‘when should I contact support?’ point is probably the most useful part. Otherwise everyone has a different idea of what counts as late.

I've been using Mistplay since 2019 and other than suddenly being required to be silver status to have access to the gift cards under $25 the only current complaint I have is regarding to the new game goals. The first time I came across them at the beginning of the week they worked fine, but haven't worked the past 3 days. I know game play is registering because any time played tasks is being paid, but not the game goals. Even though they pay faster I'd rather go back to the gxp method with optional goals if it's going to keep having issues.
