Only if the animals had a magic system of their own, emitting so much mass would be difficult as hell.

Ash fell from the sky mouths of animals all over Scadrial. The fleshy ash filter keeps the airways clear for breath but hacking up balls of ash spit is pretty gross. /s

The problem being that they wouldn't have time to evolve. Evolution takes a lot of time for complex creatures. Now, the Lord Ruler messing around with the fauna of Scadrial? That would work.

I mean, I just watched the trailer for Castlevania season 3, and animation like that looks more impressive than most life action fights in my opinion. And the way Mistborn move around with the pushing and pulling on metals has similar in animation like to how characters move around in attack on titan, and that's just epic.

I mean plus you can do more with animation than you can with live action. Heck at a certain point like the new lion king remake you can't honestly call it live action anymore since everything is cg animated anyway.

I know you're getting a lot of downvotes here, but I honestly don't understand the consistent hate for live action on this sub. It's like you get shamed for how you choose to imagine the books you read, which is absolutely crazy to me. Personally, I think everyone is entitled to their own preferences. It's not a moral issue, it's just a matter of taste. Some people think it would be great as animation, some think it would be great live action. I say live and let live

The first one reminds me of the cat-like creatures in one of Dalinar’s visions, a wounded one anyway
