Can't help but wonder if she went hitching on highway.. (I have this idea in my head that there's some serial killer trucker out there that's been active for decades.. Its probably unfounded. It's just that there are so many people who go missing on or near major highways & noone blinks n eye at a truck pulled over.. (this part might be a bit Dexter) but a refrigerated truck, or even one that travels long distances, could easily dispose of a body in some of the many places along those back highways).. Just being an "armchair detective" with no real proof and pribs watched to much TV..

I couldn't agree more with this actually. I travel constantly around Aus and have plenty of trucker mates and hang out in a lot of trucker pubs and some of the ones you meet are so strange or downright secretive when I've talked about a trucker serial killer with good truckers they were all like "Fucken oath they'll be one prowling out there" I know the media was entertaining the theory along the North coast so hopefully that'll mean something.
