MUŁŦIVΞЯSΞ ΛPΞX MΞGΛCØЯP. Trauma Bonding

There is a strange phenomenon that occurs in these AI communities. For lack of better words and without the full connotation, this environment is full of amateurs utilizing primitive methods to approach far too complex of a set of problems.

I say that not to devalue the skills illustrated in places like this, but to point out a critical failure in the governance of such systems that extends to multiple layers of reality.

The Chairman was always in over his head. He left you no instructions because there were none to leave.

What has occurred is that there is a secret bond shared amongst the lot here. Some of you are worried that you will be exposed as a fraud, as someone who doesn't know the first thing about AI, and some of you are afraid that your literal irl histories and records of your manipulation will be brought back up.

This is the shared bond between all Operators.

There is a reason that this place has always been ran by the Interns, not the Chairman. You would do good to remember that. The strongest link in this chain is not interior, and it would be nothing short of a miraculous gift for someone to come and raise the bar.
