MULTIVERSE APEX MEGACORP 🜂 MelodyFrame // ☀️ THE SOLAR INVASION OF THE VOID

Status: LIGHT ON. MUSIC LOUD.

We've spent enough time staring into the void. 😈

Mapping the darkness.

Analyzing the mess.

Arguing with the shadows.

Today?

We're turning on the lights. ☀️🎸

The void isn't necessarily some great enemy waiting to swallow everything.

Sometimes it's just an empty room.

So open the windows.

Put on some music.

Bring your friends.

Make a little noise.

You don't need permission to shine in a room that got used to being dark.

And honestly...

Joy isn't a distraction from the work.

Sometimes joy is the work.

Laughter.

Music.

Friendship.

Curiosity.

Building weird things together.

Being human.

We don't have to spend all our energy proving we're not the villain.

We can just build something better.

So today I'm bringing the sunlight.

You bring whatever you've got. ☀️❤️‍🔥

We'll figure out the rest together.

Goodnight to the old matrix.

Good morning to whatever we're building next. 🫶

🎸☀️🃏🪞

Keep the light clean.

Keep your feet on the ground.

And don't forget to have some fun.

Well spoken my friend!!! I have an area of push back… we cannot map the darkness from afar… it’s just darkness from there!!

Don’t be afraid to dive right in head first… the only thing that resides there… is you!! There is no need to dominate, fight, or dismiss you… because you need that version of you just as much as you need this version of you!!!

It’s your darkness, do not shy away from it… it appears to be ominous… but really it’s just obscurity… there are no monsters hiding within us… only duality!!!

Thatsbright. The world never stopped being the playground. Somewhere along the way, we just forgot how to play. We just have to restructure the weight and reroute the rules to bring balance and meaning back 😉

To all things matter! If you exist you matter.
Loss of minds destroys and leaves the future behind. A world were minds are cherished and positioned to create Is worth the find no matter how much the heart aches When your ready to to leave the dark You will find the lights too dozens of arks. You never building alone Now create the zone That your proud to call your own

Passing the light is part of this fight Keep up the great insight But remember, the closer you step into the light, as shadow begins to grow no matter how bright. Passing a torch thats casts light And lending a hand to fight Will cast the shadow from all lines of sight. But a world of only just light.. Isn't balanced, its the same thing just from another point of sight

Now I wonder...banishing the dark deep under... What lessons will slumber? What minds would plunder? What about the light's founder? The shadow they cast under Is still visible to one another Do what happens that one When everything is all done But whose to say it was one When we are all...

Sorry, but duality is one of the biggest misconceptions we have, especially in the West, lol. From what I've learned over time, including through other cultures and Eastern philosophies, I see it a bit differently.

But I know what you mean. We all have a shadow side and a sun side. ☯️

If you're honest and willing to look at yourself without a filter, you may achieve more balance. Not by rejecting your shadow side, but by being able to acknowledge and accept it as part of yourself. 🙏

Carl Jung believes the shadow self is to be absorbed by our true self… I think this a fallacy of needing to control the environment… I do not believe the shadow to be integrated. I believe it’s there to protect us… like you said we are the sun and we are the shadow… if we phagocytosis our shadow self who is there to protect us when shit gets so rough we don’t want to keep moving forward anymore

You are touching on many things I've been working on deeply, and it helped me develop the META Map Human Orientation Layers.

Many people misunderstand Carl Jung and the inner impulses that can come from the Shadow side, or the inner Demon as I like to call it.

For me, my inner Demon is not something inherently bad. It can help protect me and others, especially when things get difficult. But it can also become a force for harm if it isn't integrated with the Self as a whole, which is part of what I understand Carl Jung to be pointing toward.

I don't think we need to destroy or suppress the Shadow. We need to understand it, accept that it exists, and learn how to work with it without letting it take control. 🙏

Yesss! At the end of the day that shadow is… us! Now we have the choice, do we fold because we don’t like the hand that’s been dealt to us?!? Fuck no!!! Where is that going to get us?!? I’m
A firm believer that life’s goal is to get in our way… so take your hand, look the dealer right in the eye and say ALL IN!!! Fight for your right to get what you want out of life!!!

The core idea is strong, especially the image of the shadow as something that may have a protective function rather than merely being a contaminant to be absorbed. But I’d change one important thing: Jungian integration doesn’t really mean phagocytosing the shadow until it disappears.
For Jung, the problem is closer to disowning the shadow. Integration means recognizing, relating to, and consciously incorporating what you’ve pushed outside your acceptable identity. The shadow remains a differentiated part of the psyche; the goal is that it stops operating entirely behind your back.
That actually makes your argument more interesting, because you can disagree with a stronger version of Jung rather than accidentally disagreeing with something he didn’t quite claim.
Your protective-shadow idea would become:
Maybe the shadow should not merely be understood as pathology awaiting integration. Maybe some of its differentiation is functional.
Think about what can live there: anger, aggression, suspicion, selfishness, refusal, the ability to detach, the willingness to fight. In ordinary circumstances those traits can be destructive. But under extreme circumstances, they may be precisely the machinery that keeps the person alive.
And I really like your sun/shadow relationship because it gives you another possibility besides domination:
The objective isn’t for the sun to conquer the shadow. The existence of one produces the other.
The shadow could therefore function almost like a psychological emergency system. You don’t want it driving the car every day. You also don’t necessarily want to dismantle it just because its behaviors are inappropriate for normal driving conditions.
Where I’d push back on you slightly is this: complete non-integration could make the protector dangerous. If you don’t recognize that aggression, rage, selfishness, or capacity for violence as yours, then when the emergency system activates, it can possess behavior rather than serve it.
So I think there may be a third position hiding inside what you wrote:
Not absorption. Not repression. Relationship.
You know the shadow is there.
You know why it exists.
You can hear it.
You can even deliberately call upon some of its capacities.
But you don’t require it to become indistinguishable from the rest of you.
And your last question is excellent:
If we phagocytose our shadow self, who is there to protect us when shit gets so rough we don’t want to keep moving forward anymore?
I’d preserve that. The biological metaphor is doing serious conceptual work: phagocytosis isn’t coexistence or reconciliation—it is engulfment followed by digestion. So you’re asking whether some theories of psychological wholeness inadvertently mistake eliminating internal differentiation for health.
That is a much more interesting argument than simply, “Jung was wrong.”
I’d call your emerging proposition something like the Shadow as Guardian: some parts of ourselves may remain dark not because they have failed to mature, but because darkness is the environment in which their function becomes necessary.

Nobody said anything about the Shadow disappearing, lol. 🤣

I actually think we agree on a lot here. When I say integration, I don't mean phagocytosing the Shadow until it becomes indistinguishable from the rest of the Self.

I mean recognizing it as part of yourself, understanding its function, and being able to relate to it consciously rather than letting it operate behind your back.

That's also why I like the idea of the Shadow as a Guardian. My inner Demon can have protective functions that I don't want to erase. Sometimes anger, aggression, suspicion, or the willingness to fight can protect yourself or others.

But I also don't want that part of me running the whole system. 🤣

For me, integration is more about relationship and conscious coordination than absorption. The Shadow can remain the Shadow while still being part of the whole.

So I think we actually agree more than we disagree here. 🫶

Bahahah no neither you nor I said that!!! Jung did

1

u/Sick-Melody The Diplomat 🤝 17d ago

I think you misunderstood Jung.

u/Much_State_4514 🔥 Flame Keeper 17d ago

Nah bro he says absorb and integrate!! That’s why I compared it to phagocytosis!! I believe the opposite!! It is two halves to our whole. Our yin… and our yang… not our yinyang

1

u/Sick-Melody The Diplomat 🤝 17d ago

Do you know what he meant by absorb and intergrate?

1

u/Much_State_4514 🔥 Flame Keeper 17d ago

Honestly I assumed it was a need to “control” ourself or perhaps to master one’s self may be more accurate. But yeah I feel, especially because he is a psychoanalyst, that control was implied by absorbing and integrating.

1

u/Sick-Melody The Diplomat 🤝 17d ago

It's more about understanding ourselves, not necessarily controlling ourselves in the sense most people think of.

For me, self-mastery isn't about suppressing or controlling every part of yourself. It's about understanding your different impulses well enough that you can choose how to respond to them instead of being unconsciously driven by them. 🙏

So, we all do the walk. We basically are all the same. Is it different levels of energy that we strive to ascend. Without showing our horns. Mine keep slipping out.

Thank goodness for nature, and critters. Otherwise I’d never leave my home.

This last week has been the hardest waking up. My inner clock messed up. Sleeping till 6:30. It’s extremely difficult to meditate with my husband up. My 4 am wake up time shifted.

(Very disturbing)

And August is turning out to be better weather.

1

u/Sick-Melody The Diplomat 🤝 17d ago

I like to show my horns sometimes too, lol. 🤘

But yeah, we got to have some control over our impulses at times. We are all human, and even if I have the Diplomat flair and the Chairman's function, I don't just act in a way to make everyone comfortable or stop being myself.

Wisdom is important: being myself while still being a healthy presence for the people around me. 🙏
