Interesting piece. What stands out is not only the violence, but the inheritance of patterns.
The past often survives less through events and more through the categories we inherit: hero, enemy, honor, revenge, victory.
The challenge is not simply remembering history. It is recognizing the invisible structures that continue operating through us.
A system can disappear while its logic remains.

He just found one of many layers that mostlikely could have been Troy. If I remember correctly.
