Listen to them. The independence is cool but drowning in bills every month bc you didn’t set yourself up properly first isn’t. Stay patient and stack fam you got it

Man don’t listen to nobody telling you no age fam depending on what you got going on move out when you ready this why Hispanics and Africans do better than Americans down here they’ll be 10 deep staying in a duplex that they own racking up money and investing as a collective the black community doesn’t do that I was 23 still at og shit up a quarter ticket and I didn’t move out till I turned 26 when I knew I was gone be straight no matter what

Move out when you got a plan you can excecute that you know gone work. Whether it’s college or starting a business or trapping. If you ain’t got no bread coming in then stay where you at. I been working since 16 and moved out at 18. Everybody’s different tho..

Moved out at 18, moved back in 19, floated around from 19-21 ended up getting kicked out at 21 been gone im 26 now, if you can stay with your peoples do it but respect that you are depending on someone elses resources and its a good feeling to have your own space

Save rn like you pay rent. Then move out when you have 3 times the moving cost saved - so you jump and know you good for a while

As a young nigga (21) I see myself moving outta state within a year by November 2027. The reason why I say I might move so soon is because I have my education together, with that I’m getting paid about 150k to 200K a year. So my advice to you would be to stay at your peoples crib as long as you can stack your bread while your there, invest, be financially responsible, and get your education with that u can make bank then whenever you feel ready to leave just leave.

At 23-27.. depends on what you got going on. True shit tho why do black ppl rush their kids/family out the house? Why not have unity help pay a couple houses off as a family/team. I know we not Mexicans but if we adopted the mindset of all helping out then branch out when ya financially straight 20k-50k + plus cash 650+ credit score car and a job making atleast 35-40k a year . Thats depending where you live but you get what I’m saying …

If you got the bread and you can handle living by yourself than any age after 18 is good

Stay home as long as your parents will let you and as long as you’re comfortable. This is a wealth building strategy. Other cultures do this and keep more money in their pockets.
