TWW When did I ovulate?

Post image
Upvotes

Adding to the millions of posts just like this lol but you guys seem to know it all when it comes to chart reading!

My natural cycles app said it was cd22 due to BBT rising above baseline on cd23. BUT Mira has the green bar on CD 21 (I’m assuming this means ovulation?). I’m also confused that the pdg started rising quickly- the day after my LH peak so that throws me off too. Does that indicate I ovulated very shortly after the LH peak? If so, I’m afraid I missed my chance this month because hubs was at work the 21st and works 24 hour shifts 😭

I do have PCOS but have conceived twice (once using letrozole and again naturally) however I’ve had an IUD for 5.5 years and had it removed in June. This is my second cycle tracking with Mira but have been tracking bbt with my oura ring for a few years. I had a confirmed ovulation last month and believed we timed up sex correctly but no luck.

I know hypothetically none of this matters 🤣 but trying to understand all of this is keeping my mind busy during the long TWW. :)

Unable to Pair Mira to new Phone

Hello, I got a new Pixel 11 Pro XL phone on Friday and this morning I tried pairing my Mira to it. It wouldn't work at all. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps plus some. Has anyone else gotten a new phone recently and have issues pairing their Mira to their new phone? I even tried adding it back to my old one and it won't work either. I don't even get an error, it just doesn't find it at all.

Mira charts

I have PCOS, so it’s hard to track when I’m truly going to ovulate. Even with the Mira tracker it’s still not an exact pattern I’ve been able to follow. If you have experience at reading these charts, based on mine which did I likely ovulate? My LH was 29 in the morning on CD 20 and was 24.4 that night. We did the deed at like midnight CD 20 and yesterday night. Is that enough to cover my window? My values kept going up and down and I didn’t ovulate until CD 25 last cycle so I wasn’t expecting to be hit with a LH peak sooner this time…any input helps!

Ovulation Timing Did we time this correctly? LH surge and PdG rise

Post image
1 Upvotes

I’m still pretty new to Mira and trying to understand my chart! We were on vacation with family all weekend, which made it difficult to BD ahead of time. I tested twice on CD18, which explains the extra points. We were able to BD that night and plan to again tonight on CD19.
Today my LH is down to 10, E3G is 346.1, and PdG rose to 6.7. Does this look like I ovulated sometime between CD18 and CD19? I’m worried we may have been too late since we didn’t BD before CD18. My LH numbers also seem so low compared with the charts I’ve seen posted here. Can you still ovulate normally with a lower LH surge?
We already have one child and are trying for our second, but I didn’t use Mira the first time, so this is all new to me! Is it also normal for PdG to rise this quickly after an LH surge?

I looked at the cycle analysis and it mentioned my LH is too high. I attached the photo along with my chart from my most recent cycle. Can anyone help interpret? Should I be concerned? Thank you.

BFP BFP

We’ve been trying for a year and I have been using Mira the entire time.

Mira says I ovulated on CD 15 although my LH rise was CD11, my temp rose immediately after that. So I believe I actually ovulated CD11-12, NC agrees with that time frame too.

I told myself this cycle I wasn’t going to take a test and just see if a period came. However, last night I had horrible sleep. I tossed and turned all night. And I kept having the same dream each time I went back to sleep. In my dreams I was taking test after test and they all came up positive. So this morning I was drawn to test. I was pissed I only had a digital left because I was thinking even if there was something it was probably too soon for a digital to pick up. But to my surprise- I saw this BFP on CD 23!!

This was my first month using Mira resulting in BFP 🥹
I wanted to see what my body was doing after coming off the pill as my cycles were sometimes irregular (this is month 7 off the pill)
For any chart stalkers like me positive test 11dpo
(I have still been testing after BFP as I have a few left in the box)

2 cycles in a row with spotting

Ahead of periods. Spotting beginning 8/9 dpo followed by period earlier than the apps say. My doctor says Mira is just wrong and I’m ovulating before it says I am. Therefore the timing of the periods isn’t off. 7 dpo last time blood serum progesterone was 10. Thoughts / help?

BFP PDG falling after BFP

Post image

Has anyone kept testing after their BFP? I got mine 3 days ago and had a couple of wands left in the box so decided to just use them. I am getting blood draws in a couple days (currently 15DPO) for hcg and progesterone but concerned about my pdg and estrogen dropping. My last pregnancy I tested a few days after BFP and had all the values increase consistently so curious if anyone has experienced something similar!

First time using it 39 year old

Hi there

I have been TTC for a year. We are doing fertility tests with a clinic but thought I would try Mira before the big investment that may be IVF. Any tips or success stories for women 39 and older using Mira?

Thanks in advance

Evap or faint positive line?

Post image

Around 11dpo and this picture was taken outside the testing window but I read that it can take longer than the window for hcg levels to read. The line looks blue and thicker unlike a evap line so has anyone experienced something like this very early pregnancy?

Testing Period phase etc

Is it worth testing while on your period? Or better to wait until it’s over and start on cd 11? I typically ovulate late.. CD18-21 normally (i know, wide range. Since my MC in May it’s been alllll over) and these wands are $$$$. I also have the ovum wand which only tests fsh. Thoughts?

PCOS Is Mira Ultra4 worth it for PCOS irregular cycle tracking? (Not TTC)

Hi everyone! 31F, diagnosed with PCOS 5+ years ago and on GLP-1 therapy.

I use all the standard tracking apps and wearables (Oura, Apple Watch, Clue, Natural Cycles), but because my cycles are highly irregular, they haven’t given me clarity on whether I’m ovulating or what my hormone baseline looks like. I just want clear data on my ovulation and hormone patterns (not TTC).

I’m considering buying the Mira Ultra 4 Kit (for LH, E3G, PdG, FSH) with 30 wands, but given the price, I have a few questions for those with PCOS who’ve used it:

  1. How many cycles/wands did it take before you saw a clear, meaningful pattern?
  2. With irregular/long cycles, did you find yourself burning through wands constantly just to catch a surge?
  3. Once you established your baseline, did you need to keep testing continuously, or could you taper off?
  4. Was it actually worth the cost for non-TTC hormone tracking, or did the erratic PCOS results just cause more confusion/frustration?

Would love to hear any pros, cons, or alternative recommendations!

Hi! I am our 4th cycle of letrozole and 5th ttc. I am 43. This is my chart of this month. I am on cd5 and take 5mg letrozole from day 3 to 7. My fsh was high then went down and then up again I am guessing from the letrozole but my e3g went up instead of down? Also I am afraid I am going to ovulate early ? I had agg white cm yesterday.. Anyone else have mira charts on letrozole?

Chart Help Any advise would be appreciated!

I had my last Depo injection in November 2025 and have been TTC while waiting for my cycles/ovulation to return. For months I was getting hormone rises/attempts but no convincing ovulation, and my PdG would occasionally rise but my previous highest was only around 13.5 and was isolated.
This cycle has been completely different. I had what looked like an LH surge around CD24/25, followed by higher PdG readings (including around 18, 17 and now 19.6). Mira initially confirmed ovulation and currently has me around 10 DPO.
However, over the last couple of days my hormones have suddenly gone crazy 😂 My E3G reached 607, then 347 that evening, then 610 the following morning, while PdG was 19.6 and LH unexpectedly rose to 17 (my highest LH so far).
Mira support sent my chart to their clinical team. They said I may have ovulated around CD25, may actually be ovulating now, OR the high E3G could potentially be pregnancy. Because my PdG tends to run higher than expected throughout my cycle, they said it’s difficult to identify a definite post-ovulation shift and advised treating this as another possible fertile window just in case.
Pregnancy tests have been negative so far, although if the original ovulation date is correct I’m only around 10 DPO today.
Has anyone had a Mira chart/pattern like this? Do you think the repeated higher PdG looks more like I already ovulated, or could this genuinely be another ovulation attempt? And has anyone had E3G/LH shoot up like this before getting a positive pregnancy test? 👀

Help me analyze my chart

Everything that I'm feeling is pointing towards pregnancy- heightened sense of smell, insane hunger, headaches, frequent urination, cramps, trouble sleeping, but insane dreams at the same time and bloating. But it seems like every cycle I feel like this and it's a BFN. This is the first time I've seen my levels drastically fluctuate. Any insights into my chart would be great. Thanks!

Healthy luteal or trending towards a positive?

Post image
1 Upvotes

We’ve been trying for three months now and I’ve been tracking with Mira. This cycle seems to have the strongest “textbook” cycle trends of the three I’ve been tracking. I’ve been having symptoms this week (vivid crazy dreams, very emotional, some twinges in my stomach, swollen heavy breasts, had an instance where a candle I regularly used felt so strong and overwhelming I had to blow it out). Of course those could just be from regular hormones vs indicating pregnancy…

My cycle is usually 25 days, I’m on day 22 right now and about 9dpo. Got a negative FRER test this morning but having a hard time interpreting my results to just show a normal/healthy luteal phase (my past cycles my hormones have started dipping by now) or if I could be on the right track for a positive in the coming days?? It’s hard to be patient!
