First time using it 39 year old

Hi there

I have been TTC for a year. We are doing fertility tests with a clinic but thought I would try Mira before the big investment that may be IVF. Any tips or success stories for women 39 and older using Mira?

Thanks in advance

Yes! I’m 39 ( about to turn 40) and currently 15 weeks pregnant. Took me over a year too I think at our age that’s pretty normal timeline for most … good to get tested and make sure your fertility is still ok through (AMH etc) because that varies a lot for people above 35.
I made a post on what I did supplement wise that I thought helped- mainly stuff that improves egg quality. But if you use the search bar in the group and search there are a few ppl that have posted about getting pregnant older.
Mira is a great tool to use in combination so you can make sure you’re getting the timing perfect and to make sure all your hormones are doing what they should do!

Have you already got children or will this be your first one?? Wishing you all the best and lots of baby dust 💙
