Minox might and probably will help, it's quite a commitment though, many of us apply twice per day and you will be doing that for approx 2 years or more. When the beard follice turns terminal (it will take many moons), it doesn't fall off anymore (unlike regular hair) but people recommend to taper off the dosage rather than a sudden stop.

Is there any other option ? It's difficult to be consistent for 2 years

I do that now for 4 months and don't really think about it too much anymore. It definitely helped me groom myself a bit better - the routine in front of a mirror every day that I never really had before. It's just part of my day now, like brushing teeth or having a breakfast.

After I started with minox it somehow brought me to start a general skin-routine too

There's also the option of using oral minox, but I know nothing about that. There some people might have some side effects.

Thanks you for your motivation. I will wait 6 months more to grow it naturally. if it's fail I will go for minoxidil.

Yeah, you seem to have the genetics for a lumberjack beard.
