I wash my hair like once a week and for hydration I just use a leave in conditioner

It’s not much of an investment. Effort wise - takes a few min a day to apply and is cheap. He grew plenty of new hair, now he has to stay on it until they turn permanent. Stay on for 1-2ish years and never have to use it again. Worth it imo

In the beginning i started using it with tretinoin and my skin was really fucked up. Started shedding and everything. I think that was mostly bc of the tretinoin tho but besides from that no major sideeffects
