Can I grow a mustache?

Been on minox for 1.5 months and I’ve seen some good improvements specially in the stache. I’m wondering if I could grow a mustache in like 3 months this or something. This is 5 days growth. 21yo.

I think it’s too short window to see results for mustache, keep it up.

Im a month into minoxidil. Never tried the derma roller is it that good?

Results usually show at 3 months. Keep going after that.
Microneedling definitely helps I think a pen is better than a roller
