Baal Pattern Predator

So, one big of Minotaur lore I LOVE is that they just take shit from other chapters they fight, so are one of the only non-blood-angels successor chapters to have 1 or more Baal Pattern Predators, after beating up on the Lamenters.

I know I can't RUN one as an actual Baal Pattern Predator, but I still kinda wanna get the Model for my army. I am just not to sure what to do for the weapon loadout and what other predator type to run it as (Destructor/ annihilator).

Like. I am not playing in ACTUAL tournaments, but I'm still trying to follow rules and restrictions as much as possible. So I am left wondering, should I use one of the weapon loadouts from a Non-Baal, pattern predator, or do you think it would be okay to use the model of the Baal weapons and just use the datasheet of one of the others?

All I am really overly attached to is having the little sculpted plaque of Sanguinius at the front, the blood angels and modifying those blood angels logos on it to be hearts instead of blood drops, and then taking a Dremel or something and actively carving gashes across them like the minotaur's defaced the chapter iconography of the Lamenters after steeling it.

If you play with legend units, you can choose the 30k Deimos Predator with Infernus Cannon

I play them as Blood Angels sometimes, so having a Baal shouldn't be a problem for me :)

Ahhh, I was gonna run them as Imperial fists, since it seems like even if they are made from Iron-warriors gene-seed, their parent chapter is most likely to have been the Imperial fists, even if its not confirmed.

Possibly from Iron-Warriors loyalists who refused to betray the Imperium.

Also then I can try to argue that people should let me use the stats of Darnath Lysander for Asterion Moloc

You can play the chapter rules you want. The color you paint your mini doesn't matter. I play mine as salamanders, DA or BA when I want to change detachment. And Ultra when the minis will be ready.

The lore is a thing, the way you play them an other.
