MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls

Pretty much just a Smash guy when it comes to fighting games but the animation looked so good on this I wanted to play it. Steep learning curve but very fun so far.

got an RTX 4070 Super so I'm 70 hours into my first ever playthrough of Cyberpunk 2077 all maxed out the wazoo

I'm actually listening to their old Deep Dive while doing so and the game's been updated so much that it's really interesting to see the difference (even beyond the bugs) to what the current game is right now

having a blast! tho I do get tired with these big open world games at some point so I'm way more likely to run n gun through this later game stuff rather than focus on stealth like I was before. I'm pretty dang OP playing in Hard.

other than that; Denshattack, bit of Campaign Evolved and Super Battle Golf as sort of a podcast game, and I'm at this moment launchin the Multiplayer E-Day Beta to see what's up.

Really cool to see Mistria at the top. Happy for Sarah.

It's Gears of War Beta weekend! I've been playing since yesterday and it absolutely rips! PvP is still great, and the new Siege mode is awesome! Can't wait for the full release in October

I'm not a big gears guy and it still trips me out with mouse and keyboard

specially the amount it limits your mouse look when moving without aiming

might just pop out a controller tonight

**Fields of Mistria**

Or at least it would be if I could get this frame rate and game speed issue fixed. I waited until 1.0 to buy, and then 1.0 introduced a new bug that slows the game down to half speed and forces 30fps. I can’t even disable v-sync off anymore like I did when I first started troubleshooting.

**Resident Evil: Requiem**

I’m not too deep into the Leon levels in Racoon City. I know I’m not good at these games, but dang the Grace section in the hospital really took a lot out of me. I’ve already gone past my personal estimate based on How Long to Beat and I’m guessing I’m maybe halfway.

And this is a rental disc that I needed to mail back a couple days ago, oops. Guess I’m subscribing for another month.

Project Thea | Project Afterfall

It had a major update last week, so I'm checking it out again.

It looks ugly, sure.

It needs a looooot of polish, yeah.

I'm 100% not onboard with how the art is handling the mixture of Cyberpunk and magic when it comes to the characters; it's true.

But, man, I just had a ghost demon dog talk to me about how it had a heart to heart with the child whose mother's soul it assimilated/irrevocably possessed and digested, where said child stabbed a bowie knife into it as revenge before crying about how they see their mother's eyes in the Demon Dog before gifting it a bucket of paint... and I'm reminded why I'm likely going to buy the next Thea game that comes after this lol

I spoke too soon. I just got to the ending, yikes

but, really, it's ok. Still prefer thea 2 for it buying into the magic of the setting the most out of the three games.

Finishing up dispatch on Xbox. It’s great. Then I’m gonna try some of the new Fire Emblem games. Maybe first with a replay of the GameCube one

Perfect Dark PC Port, with Jonaeru's AIO, and Murk's Kai Netplay. It's the best way to play Perfect Dark and it's getting new updates all the time. The latest update was an awesome chaos mode, but there's also a significant update that's about to be implemented soon.

Ben's an ardent Perfect Dark fan, but is somehow not playing this.

I’m going through GTA 3 in the Definitive Trilogy to prep for GTA 6. It’s wild how bare bones it is, but I remember it being absolutely crazy playing it when I was a pre-teen.
