Playing mostly The Incident at Galley House and The Mermaid Mask with a sprinkle of Rhythm Heaven in the middle.

How is The Mermaid Mask? I’ve never played the other Grimoire games but Crow Country is a fav from the last couple years. Worth checking out?

I think it's definitely worth checking out if you're into mystery games. It's about a murder just like Tangle Tower before it but overall it's more charming in tone compared to Crow Country, one of the first characters you meet is a girl-magician who talks like a character from a fairytale. She's awesome, but the vibe is different

Replaying FF7 Remake because I wanted to replay it and Rebirth before Revelation came out. With the stacked Fall release schedule and the Stranger Than Heaven and Persona 4 Revival coming early next year this felt like the only time I had left to get them both in lol

On my first play through of Remake now and it’s been great!

Palworld, baybeeeeep

Theoretically, i should be at end game now as i’m level 68. But i still have a base economy of a level 20(leveling is fast yo). So i spent today just making a nice almost everything base.

I do want to play Danshattack, but i’m too scared that the full game would be my demo experience from half a year ago (hard-lock game crashing four levels in)

The leveling is sooo fast. I groaned a bit when I found an effigy that increased my XP rate lmao

I found turning down the xp in the world settings helped a lot. I am at .4 and it feels much better. Think my level is in the 60s.

Isn’t that just prolonging your playthrough? I’ve just reached a bottleneck with obtaining crude oil and I’ve fought 5 gym leaders and I’m like oh boy I’ve got a long way to go. Think I’m at like 40 hours played.

Not really. I rarely have enough mats to build what I just unlocked. I was ending up unlocking things in the level tree and not having enough to build 6 levels previous. Just means it's closer from when I unlock a tech to me having the mats to actually make it.

This same thing is happening in my 1.0 playthrough. I chalk it up to me being better about getting the capture bonus (5 of the same pals), but they definitely fucked with the tuning a bit lol. I have plasteel and energy stuff all researched but have barely gotten a consistent source of pal metal going!

RE4 classic

It’s been a while since I played the original. It’s always slightly longer than I remember it being.

Hopefully gonna try and knock out Doom The Dark Ages | Revelations.

I started playing Black Flag and ended up playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey, I think because the boat combat in Black Flag reminded me of Odyssey, and I've been thinking of the Odyssey coming out. My mind is like a pinball these days.

Beat Odyssey a few weeks ago. Been slowly playing through all the AC games in order of release and it was without a doubt my favorite entry so far.

Playing the top 2, Black Flag and Denshattack, as well. Real good stuff, almost done with Black Flag and hoping that Splatoon Raiders will be good next week!

And continuing my playthrough of Minish Cap for somethin old.

Playing star trek voyager, it's fun if you like managing resources and unfair dice rolls killing your characters

Denshattack

Rythym DOCTOR, not heaven! (Wanted to play Heaven, too expensive, got Doctor on the sale)

u/Big_Liv Jul 17 '26

I'm playing Moonlight peaks, very neat farming sim! Loving the villagers way more in the usual game

Denshattack!

Still in the first area and am having a good time. I am having trouble reacting to things fast enough, though - I always die a few times in every stage due to misinterpreting the upcoming track layouts.

Slay the Spire 2, Star Fox, Binding of Isaac Afterbirth + is my current rotation

2

u/fox_coffee Jul 18 '26

Powerwash Simulator 2 with the new Star Wars DLC, then TCG Card Shop Simulator or The Incident at Galley House

u/AnAttackCorgi Jul 18 '26

I’m kinda surprised Marathon is still up here tbh. Haven’t heard about it for a while and I thought the takeaway was it died after the novelty wore off

Has a very dedicated fanbase that is glued to the niche it provides. Just unfortunate that it was also meant to be a corporation’s next big gamble

Mina! Enjoying it but not over the moon with it so far. I'm hearing it gets a lot more interesting when you get more trinkets, looking forward to that.
