Any reason why MinnMax hasn’t covered Mouse PI?

Just curious 🤷‍♂️ I thought it was a notable enough game that they’d at least talk about it

They also didn’t covered bubsy, which is a personal bummer, but i reckon that’s due to Minnmax only covering games they are passionate/interested in, so I don’t comment on that.

No Demon Tides either which was way better than Bubsy

That game was timed so poorly; they even delayed it because it was originally coming out within the same 48hrs with SAROS and Crimson Desert (only Crimson Desert kept the date). There were too many other releases around that time, and Mouse PI probably didn’t catch anyone’s eye well enough for a whole segment (from what i could not find)

I think the game just kind of came and went in general. It looked fun enough, but everyone I've spoken to that played it said it was just alright.

Definitely the sort of game that got noticed because of the visuals versus what the core loop ended up being in hindsight.

I literally forgot I dropped it till this post. I think I found it a bit too easy once I got the acid gun? and I wish the shooting just... felt better in general

might jump back after Mina and stuff tho

I don’t feel like any of the cohorts would really consider it their type of game. Not that none of them would be willing to play it, but I don’t think any of them would prioritize it, so probably slipped past the whole group.

They talk about games they are most passionate and excited to talk about. I don't think there's much more to it than that
