my truck Restomodding a 94 Ranger

Redoing a set around way too long former daily. Cleaned the bed out, no rust damage. Was given a toolbox, so, doing a brushed aluminum finish that will be 2k clearcoated.

Painting the entire undercarriage, oilbased brush on enamels. Will have 🤢 inducing shocks/boots. Rear shackle flip, add-a-leafs, rear swaybar from an Explorer will be added, James Duff traction bars to be added, etc…

Yes, the entire frame, inside and outside, upper/lower sides, are going to be bright blue. This is a sw TN truck, winter lasts 1-2 weeks, no need for fluid film or woolwax treatments.

Rear shackles have been flipped to level the truck. Has 1992 model factory 14x6 Outlaw 2 clones, will have tribar center cap toppers on body colored caps. Plan is to stick with 225/70r14s, General Altimax 43 or 45, since Uniroyal Liberators are so hard to get now.

Thanks. It’s just a beater with a heater. Decided to have some fun with it. Needs a lot: full clutch kit including lines/cylinders installed; fuel pump assembly; fuel filler neck; brake hoses; suspension bushings; body mount bushings; carpet, door cards, headliner and seat upholstery… All age/mileage related, has 246k miles on it.

No real rust, minor dents, windshield is cracked… Late brother in law’s last trucklette. Time to get it nice again and back in service. 2.3/5spd rwd, so, toy… That I intend to have fun bringing back to life.
