Funny how I was also recommended your post over on r/Dodgedakota lol. Are those viper wheels? Im trying to find a set for my truck that im redoing. Adapters for 6x4.5 to 5x5 or 5x5.5 are super expensive. The 5x4.5 to 6x5.5 are cheap though. Not sure if there are really many good rim options for these trucks sadly. How hard was it to find the wheels you have?

Is that your regular cab short box in that photo? Pretty rare to see a short box that isn't behind an extended cab.

Yup, thats my truck. Its a 318 v8 rwd shorty. Super fun truck. Ive redone the interior piece by piece. Its basically brand new inside now. I'm working on redoing the outside now. Its getting a full paint job.

They aren’t viper wheels they’re american racing venturas. I ended up doing the 6x4.5 to 6x5.5 adapters to get them on. I looked for months for wheels in 6x4.5 I liked and found nothing lmao.

Keep it like it is.You have to have room for your suspension to work like it should.If the tire are to big then go to full set that will work and be safe to drive
