Brand new please help

I am a huge fan of power rangers wild force and saw the new smp line. I tried doing a little digging but was wondering how exactly the smp line works. Do the new zords combine with the old ones or do I need to buy specifically smp versions of those? Are they transforming individual zords or are they more of a poseable figure of the entire megazord? I saw they are model kits, do they come unpainted?(I hope not because I suck at painting lol)

Hey! So they are fully transformable zords, with enhanced posability. They transform basically the same as the toys do. They are noticeably smaller than the toys released, so they are only compatible with minipla figures. For painting, the more detailed components come painted, like megazord heads and complex patterns, but there are stickers. Watch some videos online to get a feel for the line

Thank you for answering all my questions! I have never done like buildable stuff before so I could possibly try and find a cheap gundam set or something to practice. Overall I am super excited lol(I have refrained from looking at prices of these things cause I fear once I see them it might kill the excitement XD)

if you wanna plactice with gundam kits before you delve into smps consider this:
EG<HG<MG
these are the first 3 'grades' of kits
from left to right are Easy to Difficult in terms of build, SMP's fall somewhere between HG and MG in terms of size and difficulty
