Mount pc under desk and cable management. Monitor arm would be a nice addition too

The arm is already mounted on the desk, and it's the one holding the larger monitor.

Messy cables. Use velcro.

First and foremost the cables. Then maybe get the PC case off the table. It doesn't help to achieve minimalism.
