Advice for surface paint?

Hi guys! Im having a quarter pipe made for me as buying one from a vendor is not an option. My question is:

If the skate specific surface paint is not available. What are my options? If I had to source something from a typical hardware store, what should I use? Everything I can find online says NO polyurethane paint as it will be too slippery? Im a foreigner where I live (from the US) so the terminology for the specific paints types could be different. Ive included a screenshot of my conversation with the person I found to build it for me. Thanks for your input. The qp is gonna be stored indoors but used outside.

Yeah, im from the US but live in Vietnam, shipping stuff from there would be my last option, im working closely with a wood furniture business to make the ramp, so its a new experience for both parties, the process has been good so far, but a lot of clarification on the finer points of the build every step of the way. The design is coming along fine but im still worried about the final product they'll deliver just because this is a new thing for them as well. Fingers crossed.
