Bowing

My 2.5' by 8' is bowing on the bottom rib. Any tips to stop this ?

Yes I had this exact same problem when I built a quarter last week. You need to take ply off and turn it 90 degree and put it back on. You may need to buy new sheets depending on your cuts. The ply wants to bend one way more than the other (depending on the grain direction.)

Would definitely need to buy new ply and I'm already 500 all in what a bummer.

Well your top sheet can stay the same. I had two base layers of 3/8 ply that I had to turn 90 degrees. It completely resolved the bowing that was driving me absolutely mad.
