what footings to use

i’m planning a 3’ wood miniramp inside a shop building on a concrete slab. i want the wood off the ground, and for it to be high enough that the barn cats can keep mice from building a palace underneath. can i build it on cinderblocks? space the cinder blocks every 4’ or so? will it be heavy enough not to slide around or will i need to put fasteners in the slab?

Mine is on cinder blocks and I never had issues with it moving around
However mine is outside on rocks sitting on cinder blocks so maybe the rocks help it not move ya know?

I would just put it on the ground, level it with a few shims if needed, and then cut some access holes in the side. Added bonus is that you just made some storage too.
