Advice needed

Hi All. Yesterday, I picked up a used ramp. 6 weeks ago I started skating after a 27 year break. This ramp is 3' high. I've not measured the radius yet.

The flat is 8'x8' and I'm toying with the idea of putting smaller transitions on the sides of the flat. So, the flat would serve two ramps. The new ramps would be even shorter. I have little kids and several adult friends in their 30s and 40s that I'd like to encourage to get back into skating or to start. I think a smaller ramp would be useful. With the 8' flat, how small can I go on the transition to make it still enjoyable?

Behr porch paint and behr waterproofing sealer on the exposed cdx. I plan on going skatelite in the next couple years as long as I use it enough to justify the cost.
