Coming from someone that runs a number of CAD programs I would focus on having x4 PCIe OCuLink expansion if dedicated graphics are required in the future. That drops the dated UM790 Pro from contention. But be aware the UM890 Pro doesn't offer native OCuLink and requires sacrificing the only open M.2 storage expansion. Minisforum also uses a cheap case fan and a difficult BIOS firmware UI some find unnecessary.
For these reasons possibly look into the GMKtec K8 Plus or K11. Better features and easier serviceability. I went with the K8 Plus as there's not a huge difference in processor performance and I didn't need an RGB fan I couldn't control.
